Academics

At Daystar Christian School we believe in a solid education. The school is fully accredited through the Carolina Conference. More importantly we feel that providing a Christian education will make our students better people and help prepare them for Christ's second coming. The values that Christianity espouses sets those who follow them apart from others. Our church, the Seventh-Day Adventist faith, asks of its members and students to form habits and non-habits that are consistent with our beliefs. Abstinence from damaging substances is an example of this. As a result the young people we enroll and graduate will continue in further education with dignity and the awareness that they are different, in no small part, from their classmates. A respect for self and dignity can only bring a stronger motivation among the students. Our students reflect this and our educational program reflects this. We focus on two primary aspects; a personal relationship with God and a personalized education.
